I’m Kate, an artist, educator and arts worker with a practice spread across NSW and the ACT.
My photographic works stem from pluralities within public space and my practice frequently involves a collaborative model of engagement with public audiences and spaces. Recently my work has transformed from an analogue photographic practice to a digital space exploring connections between place and time using Virtual Reality and Google Maps.
I have worked in a range of arts institutions ranging from small not-for profits to large national galleries and now I am an Arts Programs Officer in Local Government. I am passionate about accessibility within the arts, and deliver high quality arts projects where care for the artist is at the forefront.
